The work consists generally of all the necessary labour, materials, and the equipment for the
cold milling of approximately 26,000 square meters of asphalt concrete and the placement
of 3,360 tonnes of Superpave hot-mix asphalt (HMA) concrete along with the elevation
adjustment and rebuilding of existing catch basins, manholes, and other related work along
Station Street and City Road.

The proposed work area is Station Street, from the intersection of Smythe Street to Garden
Street (not including the Garden Street intersection), and City Road, from Garden Street (not
including the Garden Street intersection) to Haymarket Square. Exact locations are to be
marked out in the field.
