The work consists generally of supplying all labour, materials, and equipment for the following
work at the Reversing Falls Lookout Deck, located off of Chesley Drive, in the City of Saint
John:
• Construction fencing;
• Demolition and removal of existing timber decking, stair treads, and select timber
framing members;
• Temporary removal and reinstatement of site furniture and sign panels;
• Installation of new timber framing members and timber nailers;
• Installation of new composite decking and stair treads.
