The work consists generally of supplying all labour, materials, and equipment
necessary to install Harbour Passage lighting fixtures along Market Place West. This
includes mounting new poles on existing light pole bases, installing new conduit and
electrical wiring, installing a new service enclosure, and completing all associated
site restoration work.
