Description: 

The Work consists generally of supplying all labour, materials and equipment for the
removal of the existing retaining wall, removal of two (2) mature trees and three (3) juvenile
trees, installation, backfilling and landscaping of the new 68-meter precast concrete
modular block (PMB) retaining wall on Mount Pleasant Avenue, located between 32 Crows
Nest Lane and 55 Mount Pleasant Avenue.
The construction of the retaining wall also includes removal of necessary trees to complete
the project, removal of the existing retaining wall, installation of the new retaining wall
system, installation of draintile that will be connected to the municipal storm sewer, select
fill, all excavation, as well as concrete curb, sidewalk and asphalt reinstatement.
