The work consists generally of supplying all labour, materials and equipment for the excavation, installation, backfilling, commissioning and testing of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, manholes, catch basins, granular materials, and asphalt pavement in the Lower Cove Loop Terminal near the Lower Cove Loop Lift Station. The work also includes temporary removal of existing underground power and communications infrastructure, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of temporary power and communications infrastructure, and reinstatement of permanent underground power and communications infrastructure following completion of trunk sewer installation.
