The work consists generally of supplying all labour, materials and equipment for the excavation, installation, backfilling, commissioning and testing of watermain, sanitary and storm sewers, services to the property lines, gate valves, fittings, associated appurtenances, manholes, catch basins, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, road bed granular materials, asphalt pavement, landscaping and street signage on Sydney Street from Broad Street to St.James Street.
